Ike Mentry, Zywot, Po Buckra, Purple Donkey......you never really know what name Mike Gentry is going to call his latest musical project. What you do know is that it's very likely going to be something unique and interesting. Mike got his professional start as a producer while studying various recording techniques at Salt Mine Studios in Tempe Arizona. Having recorded many different bands ranging from punk to rap, Mike took his knowledge and manifested his own musical projects using analog synths, guitars, Pro Tools, tape decks and plenty of effects. Mike's recent work as a recording engineer can be heard at daytrotter.com. Currently his live mixing skills be observed at Triple Crown Whiskey Bar and Raccoon Motel.
